VERSION 2026-10-03 · EFFECTIVE 3 OCTOBER 2026
Payments, cancellation & refunds
Current purchase availability
Karvilo is currently offered through assisted pilot access. Self-service paid checkout is not yet available. A displayed or activated package is not a request for payment. Final prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal conditions and the commercial refund policy must be shown and accepted before paid checkout is enabled.
No implied recurring charge
These pages do not authorise automatic debits or recurring charges. Any future recurring subscription must explain the amount, frequency, cancellation method and effect of cancellation before you authorise it. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters and must be clearly described in the offer.
Payment made but access is missing
If you have been charged but the expected access is missing, submit a support request with the order or payment reference, payment date and affected company. A pending payment may need confirmation from the provider. Check the status and contact support before paying again. Never send a full card number, CVV, PIN, bank password or one-time code.
Duplicate, incorrect or disputed payments
Report a duplicate payment, incorrect charge or service problem through support. We will investigate the payment and service records and explain the outcome. Saving a support request does not mean a refund has been approved or completed. A refund decision should identify the relevant transaction and any effect on access.
Approved or legally required refunds
Where a refund is approved or required by law, it is returned through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider or bank controls the final credit time. The confirmed refund status and reference should be provided when available; an initiated refund must not be described as money already received by the customer. Any discretionary eligibility rules or deadlines must be disclosed before purchase.
Your legal rights remain
No cancellation or refund policy removes refunds, remedies or dispute rights required by applicable law. The absence of a published discretionary refund window does not mean that all payments are non-refundable. Paid checkout remains unavailable until its commercial policy and operational payment process are ready.
