PROFITABILITY & PAYOUTS

Follow the money after the order.

Bring marketplace orders and finance reports together. Review deductions, refunds and product costs, then compare the reported settlement with the bank receipt.

01

Contribution with context

Review sales, refunds, fees, advertising costs and mapped product costs for the chosen sources and period.

02

Visible exceptions

Keep missing costs, unmatched orders and payout differences visible for investigation.

03

Review before posting

Inspect prepared journal entries before they are posted into the books.

ADVERTISING & SEARCH TERMS

Turn a report into a useful decision.

Import an advertising search-term report with its dates, currency and attribution window. Review performance at campaign and search-term level.

01

See the measures

Compare spend, attributed sales, ACOS, ROAS, clicks and orders from the uploaded report.

02

Find terms to review

Use thresholds and report-based observations to identify search terms worth attention.

03

Keep context intact

Advertising-attributed sales are not added to settlement sales. Report analysis does not change bids or campaigns.

LISTINGS, RANKS & COMPETITOR OBSERVATIONS

A better planning conversation starts here.

Bring verified product facts into a listing draft. Record dated rank and competitor observations, then compare what changed over time.

01

Listing studio

Draft, check and export content. Review product accuracy and marketplace requirements before publishing.

02

Rank journal

Record the observed position, keyword, marketplace and source for a consistent comparison.

03

Competitor history

Compare recorded price, title, reviews and Buy Box seller observations. Automatic monitoring is not connected.

REPLENISHMENT & UNIT ECONOMICS

Plan stock with the assumptions in view.

Review inventory cover and contribution scenarios using the information you supply. See which input drives the result before committing money.

01

Replenishment scenarios

Use stock, sales history, lead time, inbound dates, safety cover and order multiples.

02

Unit economics

Enter selling price, product cost, fees, returns, advertising and overhead assumptions.

03

A source-aware overview

See which areas have data and which need a report or updated observation.

A DAY WITH SELLER

See how the work connects.

01

Bring a consistent source

Import a report or use an authorised connection. Check account, dates, currency and coverage.

02

Review the differences

Map costs, inspect refunds and deductions, and reconcile the payout against your bank record.

03

Make the next decision

Use advertising, stock and listing observations to decide what to investigate or change.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Clear scope.
Confident decisions.

Does Seller connect to Amazon automatically?

Live Amazon and Ads access requires the relevant provider approvals, connection setup and seller authorisation. Reviewed report imports are available independently. We confirm the connection scope during onboarding.

Will it automatically optimise my advertising?

No. The current Seller workspace analyses imported reports and prepares guidance. It does not automatically change marketplace campaigns, bids, listings or prices.

Is the contribution figure my final net profit?

Contribution depends on the source coverage, mapped product costs and expenses included. Missing costs, period differences and overhead can change the result. Review the source and assumptions before relying on the figure.

Does Seller include everyday business records?

Yes. Seller includes shared invoices, purchases, contacts, inventory, expenses, banking, accounting and reports. Counter billing, service jobs and Business operational tools are separate package workflows.
