About Karvilo and these terms
Karvilo AI is business software provided by SHAQHA IMPEX. These terms apply to the Essential, Business and Seller packages, as well as previously granted package access and to the workflows included in your access: counter billing, services, trade, manufacturing, accounting, online seller finance, reports and AI assistance. The features available to your company depend on its activated package and any disclosed limits.
Your account and business
You must be an adult authorised to act for the business using the service. Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in access secure, and give team members only the permissions they need. You are responsible for ensuring that you may lawfully upload and use the business and personal information you provide. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Current access and future paid subscriptions
Access is currently provided through an assisted pilot. An activated package or an Amazon connection does not, by itself, show that a payment has been made. Self-service paid checkout is not available until the payment provider and commercial terms are configured. Before any paid order is accepted, the offer must identify the company workspace, package, full price, applicable taxes, access period, included limits, renewal arrangement, and cancellation and refund terms. Do not send payment based only on a package preview.
Payment confirmation and access periods
For any future paid order, access must follow verified payment confirmation for the correct order and workspace. A pending or authorised payment, a browser success message or a screenshot is not a confirmed purchase. Your account should show the confirmed access period and payment status. A failed payment does not activate or extend a package. Any automatic renewal requires a clearly disclosed arrangement and your explicit authorisation; these terms alone do not authorise recurring charges.
Records, reports and your review
Karvilo organises the entries, files and connected-provider data available to your workspace. Results depend on the selected company, period, currency, source, classifications and settings. Source data, manual entries and software processing can contain mistakes. Review the source records and assumptions, reconcile totals and resolve warnings before posting, paying, filing, sharing reports or making material business decisions. Retain original records and report suspected processing errors to support. Your responsibility to review does not remove our responsibility for the service or any mandatory rights you have.
Our service responsibilities
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, apply its documented processing rules and investigate reported defects. We do not assume that every discrepancy is an error by you or a data provider. No software service is guaranteed to be continuously available or completely error-free. We may need to perform maintenance, correct defects or restrict an affected feature while a problem is investigated. Keep appropriate original documents and exports for your business record-keeping needs.
Professional decisions and AI assistance
Karvilo is software for organising and reviewing business information. It does not independently audit your books, certify tax compliance or replace advice from a qualified accountant, tax adviser or other professional. Karv AI may misunderstand a request or produce an incorrect explanation. Check supporting records and review every proposed draft or action before relying on it. Live AI availability and any information sent for a live request are disclosed in the product. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details in a chat.
Marketplace and other connections
Connected features require the relevant provider account, permissions and supported data. A marketplace authorisation permits a data connection; it does not purchase or renew a Karvilo plan. Provider outages, format changes, rate limits and revoked permissions can delay updates. Check the available source coverage and last update before relying on a report. A marketplace name identifies an integration and does not mean that the marketplace guarantees our calculations or endorses every feature. Only integrations described as available in the product are currently supported.
Cancellation, export and deletion
Ending a subscription, stopping renewal, disconnecting a marketplace and deleting data are separate requests. Use support to ask about access, cancellation, export or deletion and identify the relevant company. We will explain the applicable process and any access, legal retention or provider restrictions. Subscription expiry does not remove statutory rights to records or remedies. Connected-provider information may require deletion after authorisation or the service ends; retention cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Retain the originals and exports your business needs.
Reasonable restrictions and legal rights
You must not use Karvilo unlawfully, interfere with its security, access another business without permission or circumvent access limits. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law or address a material breach, and explain available next steps where lawful. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or access to a competent court, regulator or dispute-redressal body.
Questions and changes
Use the support form for questions about these terms, a discrepancy, a payment or your information. Include the relevant workspace or reference and avoid sending credentials or sensitive payment details. Material changes to these terms will be versioned and communicated before they apply where required. A paid order, when offered, must state its commercial terms before acceptance; those terms cannot be silently replaced during the period already purchased.
